Festival of Quilts 2010- Eye Candy

Stunning Winning Miniature Quilt
Another Miniature
And another

Just thought I would post some Eye Candy.

The first quilt was my favourite and a miniature. Not only did it win first in category but my friend Pam spoke to the Japanese girl that made it and was told it was overall show winner as well. Only 12 ins square apparently it took her 3 months to make. It really is a masterpiece.

The others are just one's I liked.

  1. Love the photo's you took and several of them were what I took also. The softer more traditional are much more easy to live with.

  2. Wow! The quilting in the minis are amazing!! All of them are beautiful.

  3. The winning quilt is absolutely amazing!!!

  4. oh my gosh am I ever in awe

thanks for sharing so many great quilts.

  5. Great Show & Tell Sue, especially the first one. I couldn't even begin to imagine how she made it!

  6. Thanks for all the great photos. The miniatures are amazing. Wish I could have seen them in person.

  7. All I can say is wow.
I love the applique quilt that looks like oak leaf and reel. Is it large or small?
    The minis are just remarkable!
